Negah Farrokh, born in Tehran, Iran, and now based in Los Angeles, is an calligrapher and painter. Negah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Science and Culture University in Tehran. Her passion for art emerged at an early age when she began painting as a child and attended various classes to nurture her talent. Her dedication to lifelong learning is evident in the specialized courses and workshops she pursued. These include a Colorology Course and a Symbols in Art Course, a Practical Photography Course ,the Persian Methods and Techniques of Calligraphy Painting; and Watercolor Courses. She further enriched her artistic journey by studying the traditional Kufic and Thuluth (Sols) calligraphy styles, which continue to inspire her unique works. Negah’s art reflects a blend of classic calligraphy and modern aesthetics, emphasizing her profound connection to cultural symbols and colors.
