Return Policy

  • If for any reason your purchase doesn't work out, we accept exchanges within 7 days of your order being received. You may exchange your item in person at our store or by mail.
  • To start an exchange by mail, please email shopatdiyar@gmail.com and include your receipt.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags still attached.
  • If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Made-to-order, custom, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend sending returns with insurance and tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive the item.
